Hi! I'm Tess. I'm a designer and teacher who empowers small business owners to take control of their WordPress websites, so they can cost-effectively enhance their web presence.
I've worked designing, developing, bug-fixing, upgrading and improving WordPress websites for years.
During these projects, my clients regularly encountered the same problems; when directed to official support resources, they were baffled at the technical processes and language used. After battling through the jargon, they generally emerged more confused than before.
So I started WP SuperGeek to offer design and development services, support, resources, and training to everyone who wants to work with WordPress for their small business website.
Saving the day
I realised that business owners needed an easy way to solve WordPress problems themselves, without having to wade through the sea of jargon regularly found on support websites. I decided to create a one-stop shop where people could not only hire me to design and develop their WordPress website, but also learn to do more with WordPress, ask questions (especially the stupid ones!), and get advice without feeling like a total idiot.
And so, WP SuperGeek was born, with the modest intention of saving the world, one WordPress website at a time.
